Jeep® Automakers have revealed an awesome new concept at SEMA known as the Jeep Wrangler Red Rock Concept. The package draws inspiration and pays homage to the 50th anniversary of the annual Jeep lovers’ gathering in Moab, and of course, the Red Rock 4-Wheelers club which organizes the event.

The concept takes the rugged Unlimited Rubicon Hard Rock Jeep Wrangler and makes it even bigger and badder. It also incorporates some vintage Jeep 4X4 looks and comes in a bright red paint, which is in reference to the Red Rock name.

This Jeep Wrangler Red Rock edition isn’t the craziest concept that we’ve ever seen. It’s neither extremely retro or stripped down. Instead, it looks like something that could be put to real world use both on and off the road. It’s a unique looking Jeep SUV with its bright red paint and giant wheels that could tear over mud and Minnesota snow banks like butter.

This Red Rock concept is effectively built on top of the four-door 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Think of it like a special edition add-on for a limited edition Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Hard Rock edition. The Rubicon makeup of this Red Rock Concept mean that it is outfitted with off-road-focused equipment like the Tru-Lock electronic locking differentials, Rock-Trac transfer case, and 4:1 low-range ratio. The Hard Rock portions included here add a higher level of interior luxury and comfort. With features like heated leather seats, even the Minnesota winter will be kept at bay.

Cosmetically, the Red Rock gets Red Rock hood decal, badging, and seat embroidery. Additionally, the interior seats are made of Amaretto Brown Katzkin leather complete with silver stitching.

Jeep automakers plan to produce a special-edition Jeep 4X4 that is based on the one shown at SEMA. Though production will be limited, we at A. M. Maus and Son still of plenty of great Jeep vehicles to choose from. Stop on by today at 21 Maus Drive to check out our fantastic new Jeep inventory.
