Clean Up Your Car
A clean vehicle is easier for our mechanics to evaluate. If your SUV is covered in mud or dirt, it can make it more difficult for our service center to spot and properly diagnose problems.
Clean up the inside of your vehicle as well. Depending on what kind of maintenance or repairs you need, your Jeep vehicle might be in our service center for a while. It could be annoying if you've left behind something like a phone, a charger, or your wallet.
Make Note of Any Recent Issues
Once you've scheduled your service appointment, pay close attention to how your Jeep SUV performs. Do you notice any weird smells or sounds? Has your fuel efficiency taken a hit lately? Did you have some trouble starting up your vehicle?
Telling us about any recent mechanical issues, no matter how small they might seem, is a good idea. If we're doing something specific for you, like an oil change, we can also look at other parts of your car to make sure that there aren't other issues.
